If not? You soon may be! I hear a certain hotel chain (rhymes with chariot) charges as mcuh as $200 for smoking in the room! This being because of having to remove the smoky smell from fabric.I hear the same occurs when renting a car that there's a $50 fee for smoking in the vehicle!As if it isn't expensive enough to have the habit companies are now finding any & everyway possible to charge customers?! Whoa, I'm glad I don't smoke!

and that is totally fine with me. I like the chain that banned smoking in rooms altogether. There is no way to keep the smell and the fumes from drifting elsewhere in the hotel.. its kind of like the no peeing section of the pool.
There is no reason that a reasonable adult who smokes cannot go to the lounge or outside to smoke.

The city I live in there is a smoking by-law. Smoking has been ban from all public places-including no smoking near any enterance varies from 5 feet to maybe 50 feet.There is a fine for anyone who breaks this by-law.

:::Geez:::
I feel ticked off about the BOGUS smoking laws! Do I want it near my daughter? NO.But why would our country allow the tabacco companies to get SO many people hooked on this paper rolled poison then place these smoking bans on every bar,nightclub,shopping mall & hotel in the country? I remember growing up watching my Granparents roll their own & I swear they smelled NOTHING like the crap that comes in ya neighborhood 7Elevens today! My husband is HOOKED & I make him LEAVE everytime(at times he'll even sneak in the restroom!!)We're still in HEATED debates about him QUITTING.I hate cigarettes with a passion but what I hate more are those that are responsible for infecting millions of people with it.I'd LOVE to be in those "TRUTH" commercials.I'm proud to say both of my parents quit...yet wish my hubby could follow suit.
