for not turning the adoption of her new baby into a media circus that was intended for nothing more than to make her popular.

No one even knew it was happening until it was done. There were no cameras swarming the hospital, no news crews interviewing everyone she has ever known..

It was a quiet, respectful adoption. as it should have been.

Have any of you seen the commercial where they are reattaching lucky rabbits feet? Can you explain to me what in the world that is all about???

I was looking for your take on American Idol last night. I personally thought it was terrible... even Jordin who I usually like had a bad night.

I look for Lakeisha to go tonight.

Can you tell which decade I was born in??? I love Bon Jovi, I also like his newer stuff but will always be faithful to the era of "livin on a prayer" and "Wanted Dead or Alive".

Hopefully the contestants will do Rock and Roll some justice!

I think it will. He is a staple of the show and I do not think it will go on without him. No one will watch and it will last no more than 1 season is my prediction..

Can you imagine how it must feel for these people who actually have some singing talent to be continually put in the same category as Sanjaya? How could the American public possibly think that Sanjaya is better than the other contestants? What are they really voting for?

I feel bad for Lakeisha, Blake and Jordan who have been lumped together with that fool.

I am excited to see her perform her new song.

It has to be better than the LULU and Peter Noonan show last week. They are good musicans, but thier time has come and gone.

Did anyone catch the Pussycat Dolls on The AMA's last night?
I am no prude by far, but even I got a little uncomfortable watching them.
I hope when my daughter is older she has better role models.

I was really starting to like that show...now all of a sudden it isn't on at all.
I noticed last monday night that it was scheduled to air but at about 5:00 pm my DVR started showing the "House, MD " was on instead...
what happened?

I am sure that this is a huge deal for someone and that they spend the whole year preparing for the 3 weeks of baseball games. I am not that person.
I do not understand why we need to preemt regular broadcasts to show games. We have cheannel 20..why not show the games there or perhaps FOX Sports??? Do you really think that more than a handful of people will be devastated if they cannot watch Desire or Fasion House? Are people actually watching this at all?
I hate it when I can only see 1/2 hr of the news and none of the regualr programming on channel 5.
I doubt that I am anywhere near the minority here.

please give me House, MD. I missed the episode on 9/26 becuase I have direct TV and it stinks as far as reliable DVR's go.

Since it is getting into the time of year where people are looking forward to holiday meals and such, I would love to see a segment on comfort foods. Homemade Mac& Cheese, pot roast with potatos, carrots and Onions, fall soups etc..

To me this seemed like a last ditch effort to fill 2 hrs of television. Couldn't we just see some reruns?

I am a mom of 4 kids. My twin boys are 2.5, I have a boy who is 1.5 and a newborn baby girl. I started out my life in the DC area, attended PG County public schools (survived to talk about it) and Graduated from UMD with a BS in Nursing. I moved west for a quieter, safer life with my family and I do not regret the move, but I miss the hustle and bustle of DC life. Luckily it is only about 40 minutes from here to Gaithersburg...even though most DC people seem to think that WV is worlds away.
